Keep your personal information safe with LUX Designs.
We take your privacy seriously because your privacy matters it to us.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you freely enter information into any of our forms, such as to sign up for emails or to contact us. Any identifiable information you enter into any form is sent to us. These forms are used to get in touch with you.
You may visit our site anonymously if you choose.
We use Google® Analytics to collect anonymous site user information. We use a third-party service to completely anonymize all information and to do so without cookies, in an effort to make our implementation GDPR compliant, though we are specifically catering to clientele in the United States of America, so GDPR compliance is something we do as a voluntary extra measure.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one or more of the following ways, depending on which form you filled out:
- To correspond with you – if you fill out one of our contact forms, we will use your information to help you out and answer any requests you may have.
- To send periodic emails – only if you explicitly sign up for any newsletter.
- To improve our website – we continually strive to improve our website based on any feedback we may receive from you.
- To improve customer service – you contacting us helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
We protect all personally identifiable information that you send to us.
We may use some cookies to note preferences for you, for instance, to not show you a pop up that you have already seen.
Ability to Delete Personally Identifiable Information
If you would like all of your personally identifiable information deleted, at any point, please use our contact form and let us know what we should be deleting; we will then check all areas of our website and get rid of your data. The one place we may hold your data (unless you explicitly request us not to) is in our “unsubscribe” list, to make sure you are not sent a marketing email again, ever, even by accident.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information secure and confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
